Today, Sam starts the show with a Hammer – Tom Delay.  Hot Tub Tom was on the Today Show this morning blaming everything, including Laundromats, as liberal cabals and that his money laundering should have been excused because he was a target of LIBERALS!

This outfit should help Tom’s chances in jail

Next the focus moves to President Obama’s Tuscon Memorial speech and the audience reaction.  Sam also touches on the inevitable media comparison of President Obama’s speech and Sarah Palin’s remarks.

Speaker Boehner turned down a flight on Air Force One to the Tuscon Memorial to stay behind and raise money for his RNC Chairman pick, Maria Cinco – though Boehner’s aides said it was “to attend a prayer service in Washington in remembrance of the six killed and 14 wounded.”  Would he have gone if there was an open bar on AF1?  Or an open tanning bed?

Did Tea Party threats cause a Republican District Chairman to step down?

71% of Americans polled are opposed to raising the debt ceiling.  Where they opposed when George W Bush did it SEVEN TIMES?  Did anyone bother to poll during Bush’s reign or does it only happen during a Democratic presidency?

WikiLeaks news:

Assange has “Insurance Files” including dirt on Rupert Murdoch

Rep. Peter King wants to put WikiLeaks on the Blocked Person’s blacklist… (you know the list for terrorists and dictators that are political threats to the US)

WikiLeaks volunteer detained at airport after Tweeting.  Again.
