Sam starts off the show saying he was getting some flack over his email yesterday, complaining he was bashing Obama too much over the Social Security issue.

Nobody.  Nobody.  Nobody wants to believe that Obama is not going to put Social Security cuts on the table more than I , but I’m sorry… we just have not been give any indication that he is going to do anything differently.  Sam Seder

Today Don Siegelman will be appearing in court to find out if the charges against him will be thrown out.  Go to DonSiegelman.org for more info and to contribute to his legal defense fund.

Put this in the “It really doesn’t matter” file – Kent Conrad (D – ND) will not seek reelection in 2012.  Chances are he would have lost to a GOP candidate anyway.

Sam spared no expense to celebrate the retirement news of Congressman, friend of the show, and the Connecticut for Joe Lieberman Party’s number one fan, Joe Lieberman.  <Shofar Blow>

Guessing game! What industry/company will Joe LIE-berman shill for in 2013?  Place your bets!

Now it’s time for a little enlightenment.  Sit for a spell and let Mr. Seder read a few pages out of the Journey Through the Creationist Museum book that he received from his brother-in-law.  This chapter is entitled “Dinosaur Den.”  Of course dinosaurs were on Noah’s ark and are only a few thousand years old not millions, you silly.

States getting sued because of union card check.

Finally, in the soon to be sequestered MRP, Sam covers some news stories he didn’t get to in the main show (like the border fence, Comcast and a follow up from Conservative Matt from Twitter) and takes listener IMs – Don’t miss it!
