Several provisions of the PATRIOT Act are up for renewal in February.
* Vote NO on Reauthorization of the PATRIOT Act until it is amended to add strong protections for civil liberties.
* Rein in the FBI and COINTELPRO 2.0: Congress must conduct more careful oversight and prevent the FBI from monitoring innocent Americans without any evidence-or even suspicion-of a crime; or profiling based on race, ethnicity, religion or political belief.
* Cut spending: When addressing the bloated federal budget, start with wasteful programs justified in the name of national security that offend both fiscal conservatism and constitutional rights.

That statement is certainly incorrect. It would be a stretch to that most men with guns settle their differences with guns. The sad fact is that most men (of means, real men) settle their differences with lawyers. Given this situation, I can appreciate your frustration.

You guys really need to stream this “live” at the show’s regularly scheduled time, (even if it’s pre-recorded) in addition to putting up the podcast.
People who listen don’t necessarily subscribe to the podcasts–and don’t necessarily go back to the webpage every day to reconnect, but rather just play it from iTunes @ 11:30… In which case the absence of the normal connection method is unnecessarily confusing and inconvenient.

should you wish to stop the sound of you or assistants changing the volume on a mac during broadcast you can do it like this:
Click the Apple (top left of screen) > System Preferences > Sound > Sound Effects > untick middle box- Play feedback when volume is changed > System preferences (top left menu) > Quit System Preferences
