Obama not being white was exciting for about a minute. No true leftist/progressive cares that Obama is not white. He is only recognized as the 1% now. We judge President Obama by his actions. Being co-opted implies that one is merely Liberal or just a Democrat.

Right! Sam got caught up in the relativity thing. He needed to concentrate on the logic of the guy’s argument. But, his argument is a tough one to refute.

bush operated in a mystical caveman world, where no good was even possible. we were reduced to our base emotions of fear, hatred, division, and conformity.
obama lives in a world of science. science can be used for great good and great evil, and we have seen a mixed bag, but not exclusively evil. and there is good reason to still pursue terrorist, besides just being elected. america is more comfortable with drone attacks, and as messy as they are, I still say bush stacked up a lot more dead bodies (us and foriegn) than obama…not sure where to research that final point, but that would be the ultimate test.
