YIPPEE!! Chris is doing the movie reviews this week!! That means I will actually listen to the entire Friday show without turning it off after Cliff is done!

Every time someone raises the “slippery slope” argument against reasonable gun regulation, they should have to clean up the slippery slope of the movie theater floor in Aurora, CO – the one the cops testified they slipped on because there was so much blood from the 90-second shooting which killed 12 and injured 58. Seriously.

Gotta vote for the classic (annotated) Jimmy Reefercake theme song – that was always my favorite part of the segment.

    • Paula Shelton says:

Agreed. But can Sam also please point out that the slippery slope argument is alogical falicy? Philosophy 101, folks.

New poll finds very little support for spending cuts http://politicalwire.com/archives/2013/02/22/little_support_for_spending_cuts.html

A new Pew Research survey finds “limited public support for reducing spending for a range of specific programs, including defense, entitlements, education and health care.”

“For 18 of 19 programs tested, majorities want either to increase spending or maintain it at current levels. The only exception is assistance for needy people around the world.”

  8. Yeah, the return of Chris. Fridays just haven’t been the same since Chris was banished from the show. I haven’t listened to this yet but I have faith that this will be a glorious return for Chris. The interplay between Chris and Sam has made for some classic moments. Almost as funny as Sam getting under Marc’s skin on Breakroom Live.

Come on Sam. Bibi Netenyahu Seder! It rolls off the tongue. Love Chris Rosen’s contribution to the entertainment value of the show. I believe you once said that if he didn’t exist you would have to invent him. Exactly!
